Booking and Payment

Deposit/Full Payment: Often, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the date.

Confirmation: Parties and guest numbers usually need to be confirmed and paid in full, 7 days before the event.

Minimum Bookings: There is a minimum booking of 2 hours.

Cancellation and Refunds

No-Show Policy: No refunds are given for guests who do not attend or miss their scheduled slot on the day.

Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made close to the event date (e.g., within 48 hours) may incur fees or forfeiture of the deposit.

During the Event

Environment: Clients are expected to provide a quiet, private, and comfortable space for the readings.

Duration: Readings at parties are generally shorter than one-on-one sessions, often lasting 10-15 minutes per person.

Break Times: Psychics may require a 15-minute break every 2 hours of service.

TOILETS: There must be a bathroom or toilets nearby.

TABLE: There should be a table with sparkling water.

Recording: Recording (audio or video) of sessions is strictly prohibited.

Liability and Disclaimer

Entertainment Clause: Services are typically provided for entertainment purposes only.

Liability Limitation: We are not liable for any actions, claims, or damages arising from the session.

Responsibility: Clients take full responsibility for decisions made based on the information provided during the reading.

Travel and Extra Costs

Travel Fees: Extra costs may apply depending on travel time and location, often with a 20km radius included free.

Parking: Fees, such as for CBD locations, may be passed on to the host.
